My name is Joshua and I was born and raised here in South Carolina.  I love everything about the south.  The beautiful beaches.  The farmland.  The people.  I got into real estate investing because I love the idea that I can support my family while also investing into my community and helping real people to put money in their pockets.

I created My Deal Place as a way to connect with locals who are interested in selling their homes without the headaches of listing it.  If we come to a deal, you don't have to worry about cleaning it, making repairs, leaving the house (or going to it) frequently for showings, or even catching up on overdue payments or penalties.  We can determine how much work needs to be put into it, how much it would be work post-repairs, and then give you a fair offer.
